TBAF question!
Sorry for all the questions lately, but, I don't want to give up.
So, I posted on here Wed (last week) TBAF arrived...Turned out I was "spotting" that day. There was nothing on Thurs, Then Fri she was here in complete full force!
How do I calculate my next ovulation date. Start counting from Wed or Friday?
Why does this have to be so hard?
I thank each and every one of you for your help!

I think I'd start from Friday- I think if you used FertilityFriend they would tell you to how to differentiate and when it's not "spotting" then it's Day 1. Hope this helps!

yep, totally agree!! I usually spot 2 days before full-force, so it's definitely a PITA!
