help for stupid me
Ok...so today is CD10 OPK time!!! So i'm going to do it in the afternoon like recommended. I have CBE digitals...I was hoping to test like 3 or 4 so do I not drink anything for 3 hours either? Or is that just so I won't have to pee? If i can't hold it the whole 3 hours is that bad??? lol Ok i know lots of questions..lol

I have been testing at 3:00 everyday. So from 12-3 I don't drink any liquids and I hold me pee in. I think you're not supposed to drink anything so that your urine is jsut urine, not water and gatorade or whatever else you drank.
I thought it would be so hard to hold it in for 3 hours but it's not that bad since you're not drinking. Good luck!

yea , try not to drink much during those 3-4 hours.. it will help to not use the bathroom. and not dilute your urine
the time is fine when you will test!

K I did it!!! lol  I knew there was no surge today...but I wasn't sure when to start since my cycles are all over the place. It will be fun to get a smiley!

I can't really help you with the OPKs. I never did it right and never held my urine. No wonder why they never work for me.

I usually ate lunch on way back from school between 12-1pm (drank with it) then tested between 1:30-3:30pm (hadn't peed since 10am). That was my schedule.
