Lovenox and my appt. update!!
so i went to see my Peri yesterday (kofinas) he was not there though.
so the sonographer was doing one of the growth sono's for the twins.
and added up all the measurments and saw that the babies growth decreased  that the blood flow is not going through the placenta enough for the babies to get their nutrients..etc.
i am already on 1 dose of lovenox.. so she called dr. kofinas and he is having me take it 2x now.
i am so upset , i couldnt even sleep last night over this.. it seems so bad that the babies are not where they should be
but the weird thing that i am not understanding is they both weigh 9oz each at almost 19 weeks.
when i look at those pregnancy books the average should be around 7oz.
so i thought they were always ahead , i guess not
has anyone experienced anything like this? i know its probably a long shot
Update.....
i copied and pasted from the PG board.
i just talked to my high risk.. and he said please not to worry.. he said the percentile dropped a little bit, but i am still in the average range.. but they dont take any chances so thats why i will be doubling up the dose of lovenox.
and he said if they have to increase it more, then they will do that.
i can't tell you how happy i am now after speaking with him. he was not worried in the least bit.

now i can go on and enjoy my christmas without worrying

No experience but wanted to give you  If there was a problem, they were monitoring you closely and caught it so increasing your doses should help

Honey, first a little prayer for the babies but I honestly think if this were an emergency or a dire situation Dr K would've spoken to you about it??? Have you called him with your questions?? Can you contact him today????? Hopefullly he can put you at ease a little bit!!!

Take a deep breath. . .everything will be ok. The same thing happened to me. My baby a was small. I took 2 shots of Lovenox a day. Dr. K happened to catch it earlier for me. When you're on Lovenox the babies tend to be bigger than a baby not on Lovenox. The second shot will help. IMO try to always have Diane ( I think her name is) do your songrams. I had Christina a few times and she always screwed up and labeled the wrong babies. She was very careless and would stop in the middle to order lunch or answer the phone. I knew that my baby B was bigger so when she would tell me A is this big and B is this big and A was bigger I knew she was wrong. Thank god I paid attention b/c they need to have accurate numbers so I would always point it out to the other sonographer. Good Luck

Like others said, I am assuming the dr would have spoken w/ u immediately if there was a problem.
Definitely speak with Dr. K. today!
Will keep you and the boys in my thoughts!

De, lots of prayers for your boys!!!
I don't know much about this, but at my 20 week level II, my baby measured at 11oz so it sounds like two babies at 9 oz each would be good. I hope that's the case and that your boys are perfectly ok!!!

Oh Deanna, I am so happy to read your update!!! I read your first post when I was on my way to Dr K's office myself this am. I did not have a chance to respond but have been thinking of you and praying for you all day!!! Dr. K is the best!

When i was pregnant Baby B always measured smaller, and between 20-24 weeks her percentiles kept going down. The high risk dr. was not worried and said that she was just growing a little slower than Baby A which was normal.
He said that all babies grow at a slightly different rate and not to compare everything too much just because they are twins.
