Got my annual review
so they give out reviews and rate you on a scale of 1-5...with 1 being you are a terrible employee and 5 being you rock
needless to say, no one gets 1's or 5's....last year I got a 4 (the head boss said they do not give out many 4's)
well I got a 4 this year again
