Yes, but only if I thought they were the right fit for the position. You need to be good with numbers, detailed oriented, great under pressure, and have very good computer skills. Oh and you have to have lots of patience. My job is not for everyone!

I would because there are SO many good things about it, but I'd also have to warn anyone who was interested that teaching is far from being an 8-3 job, and there's very little that could mentally prepare someone for some of what it entails. (I also would hate to recommend it to someone who would just be going into it for the summer vacations.)
