kohls in levittown had one a few months ago that i got as a gift.
also, i got one from the hallmark store as a gift

I actually got one as a gift that has a little poem in the center and then 4 picture slots. One is for their first smile, hug, etc. I have yet to fill it. 
I did see a Noah's ark one at Kohl's

Not specifically for twins, but I have one from Bed Bath & Beyond that says "a perfect pair" on it. I guess it is supposed to be a wedding frame but it is cute for twins.
