I feel like it's all coming together!
So I recently got my real estate lic and started with a great company!
It's been 2 months and I have 2 houses in contract- considering it's the middle of winter that's amazing!
Today I was doing an open house and I was talking to 2 potential buyers- they liked my house (a foreclosure) but were concerned about the repairs needed
I told them I had some listings in the car I pulled for another buyer and I felt 1 was perfect for them!
I got the listing and it turns out it was one they wanted to see but missed the open house (also today but earlier)
I ended up showing it to them after the open house and they loved it!
They are calling me tomorrow and I think they want to put an offer in!
I am getting more confident every day and loving my new career!
I really feel like I turned the corner today and I am on the path for success!
I can't believe it...this was always my dream (since I was little and my dad was a broker)
Follow your dreams! I was told for years I could "never" be a real estate agent and I am so happy I didn't listen!
And I love that is share this with my Dad...he is so proud of me (he always is but he can relate to real estate so that makes it even more special to me)

today I am offically a Realtor!
and I showing those people my foreclosure again
this business changes by the minute but I love it - I really do!
