silly question...but i really need clarity
When you ladies say that you ovulate on cd 14, cd 15 etc...
Do you mean that you are ovulating 14 or 15 or 16 days after your AF has ended or are you counting the days from the first day of AF till the time you actually ovulate?
I'm so confused  HELP!!

Cycle Day one is first full day of bleeding, not spotting.

Yes, we are counting our cycle days from the day AF starts.

Yes it is the first day of full bleeding. My doc told us that we should "have relations" every other day starting on day 10 to cover the window where sperm lives a lil longer but not evry day as the sperm count goes down slightly with each ejaculation. I guess too much is not a good thing in this case.
