nurses...
i am filling out some applications and i need some advice on this question
tell us why you want to work for ....and how you will contribute to our mission of quality care for our residents.
i already wrote up a bunch but i want to see what else i should add. im new at this

Re: nurses...
Just write that it is your mission to give care while maintaining resident dignity. Im assuming it's for a nursing home.
If you really want a nursing job in a nursing home just say you LOVE to work on weekends & they will hire you.
