It's a FT job to find a school for DS!!!!

I am looking for a FT program for DS for September and OMG. Between EI busy schedule, IFSP, CPSE meeting, contacting schools for tours, did they receive our packet, scheduling screenings....
I feel I won't breathe again until I know DS is going in a good program in September.

Until then, I am on a mission to see all the schools on my lists and get him accepted.

good luck, and i know its hard. we are in the process of doing that as well.

the applications the screenings.. arghhhhh, makes you want to pull your hair out

I know it was when we looked. I felt like we looked at so many places.

We're in the same boat! So stressful!!!! I feel like we live so far away from the programs we're interested in as well

We're in the same boat too! Beyond stressful!!!! my problem is they are only offering services and not a program (we want inclusion) bc he is fine cognitively and socially. so we are fighting the school district and have to get tons of supporting letters and back up to prove our case. it's so frustrating bc so many schools are already booked up or not the right fit.
