Does it bug you
If you are at work, on an extremely important phone call (i.e. crisis related), and someone stands at your desk, starts talking to you, refuses to leave and then gets snotty towards you and calls you all kinds of names for not stopping right then and there to talk to them?

i would put the person on the phone on hold for a minute and say to the person "i'm really sorry this phone call interrupted our conversation but it seems to be pretty urgent so can I come by later to finish our chat? thanks!" and then pick up the call and turn your back to the person if they are still standing there being rude.
