I take great offense to this. I personally am very appreciative for my job. I love going in everyday teaching countless lesson plans, dealing with my administration, and my class of students. I am thankful for every day I go to work.
I get nervous when I see teachers counting down till the end of their job because clearly you don't appreciate actually having a job and cannot possibly be a good teacher. Ugh. I'm disgusted by this countdown.

I think you need to let this go already. Some others and I expressed our opinions regarding perpetual countdowns a while back and you have resurrected it a few times now--effectively belittling those opposing views. As I recall everyone was respectful of you...

Sadly, this is one year that I am happy to see wind down.  As much as I love my job and my kids, I am ready for a certain little one to move on.

Awwww Im sorry you feel this way... of course we didnt mean it like that
Its all in good fun with Pennycat and I  I feel like so many people on here think that we hate our jobs. Of course I love what I do, but there's also nothing wrong with having countdowns
