PROMPT therapy
Does anyone's child get PROMPT therapy? We had my DS' CPSE meeting on Thursday and he was approved for PROMPT for the 2x per week in the summer and 3x per week in the fall. I am excited bc I have been hearing good things about it. If your child receives this service, how has it been so far? Thanks!

My ds does, once a week. He was diagnosised with apraxia. At the time he was 3 1/2 and hadn't uttered a word. In less than a year he has gone from nothing to speaking full sentences. He also receives a regular speech services 4 x a week in school and 2 x a week o/t. I'm a true believer in PROMPT. If I can answer any other questions, just let me know. Good Luck.

My son has been getting it for 4 months now and I have seen such an improvement. He goes 1x a week, and he gets speech 4x a week and his speech teacher at his school is going through the training.
