How much do you think we will spend in formula and diapers a weekl?

Its been 3yrs since I had a NB, she was on special formula that my insurance cov'd for a yr.

This time around I plan on BF'ing and supplementing and the longer the btr but I cant predict that.

SO BTDT ladies, who have had both on formula and with diapers....do you have a range?

I use the RTF formula because it's so much easier. A little more expensive though. It's about $80 a week in formula. Diapers, I'd say, about $20 a week. I know people hate they drymax but I love it. I've found that it holds a lot more so I'm not changing them as much unless they poop. So I go through about 12-15 diapers a day between the 2 of them.

So, between everything, it's about $100 - $120 a week.

my newborn boys are going through the big containers of similac powder formula from BJ's a little more than a week. and that is 2 different types of similac.. they are $27 each.
and we buy the big box of pampers which is about $ 27 as well.
so a month we spend around $200

keep in mind that we just go every week just to make sure we dont run out . so sometimes we have some extra after a week

I try to get diapers on sale..I will use anything I have a coupon for ( although I uses Papmpers swaddlers at the beginning)..Right now its about $30-$35 a week on Diapers and wipes...Less then at the newborn stage...

And Formula is about $225 a month. chloes on an RX one, its a $100 co pay through insurance.

Wait till they are on diapers...formula and then FOOD.

I make my own but also buy jars and neither was more cost effective then the next and I spend about $50 ish a week on Baby food ( or supplies to make my own) .They eat about 12 jars a day...and thats when they are on sale...

Let's see.....they drink about 2 RTF bottles of similac a day, so just about 2 cases a week...which is about $75. (the powder is a bit cheaper, about $$60/week but it makes DS spit up so I keep them both on RTF)

Diapers/wipes/creams......i am not set on one brand. I use whatever I have coupons for/see good sales. The first month or so I only used pampers swaddlers and now I use anything. Now (7 mths) they go through about 5-6 diapers each a day, so 10-12 per day....it was more like 20 a day when they were newborns. Now we spend about $20 a week on diapers/wipes

Baby food.....I mix it up and make some and get jars but really, it costs the same. They eat about 6 jars each a day, so 12 jars a day. (i REALLY watch for baby food sales....right now it is about 35-40 bucks on baby food!!)

So....at 7 months
-formula $60-70/week
-diapers/wipes/creams/overnight diapers $25/week
-baby food $40/week

Honestly I dont even know. Get as much from the hospital as you can! Breast feeding really cuts down on costs.

Not sure what formula you will use but we are using Similac and I called them and told them I have twins and they sent me free cans of powder.

We spend $75 a week on formula. BC they were preemies, the dr said I can't use powdered formula. We use about 22 diapers a day.

SO about a case of formula a week., in the beginning then once they started drinking mroe it was 2 a day but by that time insurance covered one of them being on special formula. We went thru 12 diapers a day usually.

I bought formula at COstco and wipes at COstco. They did not carry pampers so I had to get them at BRU but stoicked up when they had sales and when they gave gift cards with a purchase of 2 boxes. I hates everything but the Papmers swaddlers and then cruisers though.
