question for bc pill users or former users
I have a dumb question. I stopped taking the pill a few days ago and now I have had a headache for 2 days straight .....could it be from withdrawal or something??

hormonal changes can cause both of those symptoms.
Your body is used to receiving a synthetic hormone... now it has to make more of its natural hormone to compensate.
You could call your doc and see if he/she can prescribe something for your headache and/or a cream for the itching.

Definitely can be caused by stopping the pill. Like someone else said, it could take your body a few months to return to normal.

It also happens when you try to change your cycle.
I am manipulating for the honeymoon and had a headache on and off for the 3 weeks after I skipped.
