freaking out!
Ok... so AF was 2 days late, so I tested and got a BFP!!!!!!!! This was our second month TTC and I truly did not think it would happen this quick. I am so excited, but now what? What do I do first??? I have so many questions... Do I call the dr? When will I go see them? I am sorry that I am rambling, but I am so amazed by this! I am also very nervous, b/c I just tested, and I know anything can happen. Thank you all for anwering my many TTC questions, and I hope to not be too annoying with my pregnancy questions.

Call your OBGYN in the am. Don't be hugely surprised if they don't want to see you for a few more weeks.

Thank you all so much for your happy wishes! I did call my gyn today, but they told me to come in mid July... doesn't that seem too far away? I really know nothing about this pregnancy stuff. Won't drs need to confirm pg with a blood test or something?

Actaully HPT are so accurate today that most doctors skip confirming unless you have had previous problems and need to be monitored. I know it seems like forever, but your appointment will be here before you know it!

thanks! I just feel so clueless... i wish i could see the dr and he could say do this, don't do that, eat this, not that... i feel so happy and excited, but so confused and stupid at the same time... sorry for the babble, you can imagine how dh must feel!

Ive been on TTC for a long time and finally got my BFP last month.
I had my 1st appt. last night! I made the appt. over 2 weeks ago, and yes I was "flipping out" the whole time. I had so many questions, that I became a fakie over on the Pregnancy boards.
I asked my dr. last night about my diet. He mentioned a few things..."common sense". Try to avoid greasy, fatty foods, junk foods, have low fat dairy, no fish, and I took it upon myself even before my BFP to give up soda. I admit I go for 1 glass of Sprite here and there but water and seltzer have been great to me.
I hope this helped a little! Please keep us posted!

congrats! I have to admit - I gave up my BELOVED diet cokes too....just when I really need one verses how I used to drink them like water.....
