Unemployment Money ?
So.....you are only allowed to receive 26 times your payment in a year? For example, if I receive $405, I will only receive 10,530 for a full year? I'm just trying to clarify b/c I'm completely freaking out!!!! TIA!!

NYS expires after 26 weeks. Then the govt has been giving people extensions. My moms 26 weeks is going to run out soon but there is another extension. Im not sure how it works though, it depends on when you first signed up. I would call NYS and ask.
eta: and I believe you have to pay taxes on that income. not 100% sure though - i think my mom has taxes coming out of hers.

dh had taxes coming out. just federal income tax. no state so we had to pay when we filed our state income tax.
