please help with wording

Hi ladies,

I just started teaching at a new school as a Service Provider for Special Ed. I'm teaching Resource Room. I have about 25 students all with many different teachers. To get the year started off right, I'm typing up a letter to give to each of the teachers introducing myself.
The introduction part was easy.

Now I'm onto the part where I'm asking them for materials, testing dates, anything helpful. This is what I have so far (yes a sentence and half):

I have attached a list of the students I will be working with and the period in which they will see me. I encourage you to send any materials to me that will ___?? (dont know how to finish this!

Can anyone help me out with wording?

maybe you could ask for a weekly or monthly pacing guide so you could also know what each teacher is covering throughout the year?
