Need help deciding on a stroller
Well after going to BBB with my DH we have narrowed down our stroller search to the city mini double or the city select. We will be using the double snap n go in the beginning. I love all the different configurations you can do with the city select but the saleswoman told us that in order to fold it you have to take the 2nd seat off which I can see becoming annoying. The city mini was so easy to push around but I just worry about the size of it and going through doorways/aisles in stores. Also even though I thought she had told me they hold about the same amount of weight the city mini looks like it would accommodate the kiddies better when they are bigger.
Can anyone suggest one or the other to use with twins? Thanks!

Re: Need help deciding on a stroller
We used the double snap n go in the beginning and now just started using the city mini and I love it! It is so easy to push around and so far we haven't had any problems going through store doors and the twins seem much more comfortable in it so far.

Re: Need help deciding on a stroller
I got a combi twin sport, it is lightweight and good for right now (newborns) because seats recline fully and it has the proper harness. It is also pretty inexpensive, you can use the 20% off coupons at BRu on it. Cons are the basket underneath is small, the sunshade is a little short, and there is no parent cupholder. But I do like it and use it often (the babies are 6 months) for longer trips. They do not like being stuck in their carsets all day in the snap and go. They like to strecth out.

Re: Need help deciding on a stroller
i have the city select, i love it people stop me everywhere i go to ask about it, i didnt even get the snap and go cause this is essentially the same thing, i put the car seat adaptors on it and fold it with them still attached, i know you have to take the second seat off to fold when the seats are on but i love the stroller so ill deal with it when the time comes

Re: Need help deciding on a stroller
I have both the strollers you are looking at. To me they each have positives and negatives. The city mini is great. Easy to steer, light weight, etc. However the basket is small, inaccessible and occasionally too wide for some doors. I use this stroller for my walks around the neighborhood. I recently got the city select for my shopping trips. The basket is large and easy to access and the stroller is obviously narrow than a double. However it is very bulky. I find it very heavy and awkward when taking out of the trunk. I also have to take off both seats each time to fold it, (the 2nd seat has to come off, I take off the 1st to make it lighter when folding). If you live close by you are more than welcome to check them out or feel free to FM me if you have any questions. HTH
