Bed Time
This is silly but what is your bed time? I just noticed that no one else has posted here in a little while...am I the only teacher still awake?
I am lucky, I don't have to get out of bed until 7:05....as far as teachers go I think this is pretty late.

Ideally, I like to be in bed by 9:30 and asleep by 10. Usually, however, I am in bed by 10 and asleep by 10:30. I wake up at 6 am. I really need 8-9 hours of sleep to feel well rested.

Between 10 and 11 now that I dont work until the afternoon.
When I had to be at school at 7:30 I was in bed at 9:30!
