What time does your 2.5 year old go to bed at night and what time do they wake up in the morning?

For the longest time Madison slept from 6:00 pm-8:00 am. She has been going to bed later and waking up earlier and it's perplexing me. Where did my incredible sleeper go?

On average, she goes to bed between 8:30 and 9, and wakes up between 6:30 and 7:30. She also takes a 2-3 (sometimes 4!) hour nap each day. If she skips her nap, she'll go to bed around 7:30 and wake up at the same time.

Erin goes in at 7:30 everynight. She wakes up around 6:30-7:00, and still takes a 3 hour nap between 11:00-2:00.

DD is 3.5..BUT has had the same bedtime and wake time since she was 2.

in bed at 7:30 pm

wakes at 7:30 am.

As they get older they don't need that much sleep. 14hrs a night is a lot!

Christopher goes to bed between 9:30-10:30pm and gets up anywhere between 7:30am-8:30am

WOW!

Noah doesnt nap or he would never go to bed.

He goes down most nights by 7:30...falls asleep by 8:00....but there are some nights he is up till 9:30! ( or later!)

He sleeps till 8am almost every day.



He is just made the transition to a twin sized bed, so its an adjustment period...but going well.

DS is phasing out of naps. So he goes to bed at 7:30pm and wakes up 6:30-7am.

He usually sleeps a max of 11 hours. Usually closer to 10.5 hours.

DS used to go to bed around 9-9:30. After I had Derek I bumped it up to 8:30

He gets up around 7:00...if i'm lucky 7:30.

Chelsea goes to bed at 8pm and wakes up at 730am. She isn't quite 2.5 but I don't see her schedule changing any time soon.

My 2.5 yr old goes to bed around 9/9:30pm and wakes up around 8/8:30am and takes a 2 hr nap every day.

In bed around 8:30pm -up around 7 am and no naps!

He's "in bed" by 8:30 max, but usually asleep between 9:30 and 10:00.

I wake him up on the weekdays at 6:30. On weekends he'll sleep until 8:30.

He takes a 2 hour nap in the afternoons at school.

My 2.5 year old has always gone to bed between 7:30-7:45 & used to wake at 7:30; lately (last 2 weeks) she's been waking around 6-630.

She still naps 2 hours a day though.

DD is not quite 2.5, but we try to put her down no later than 8:30 every night (works 5 out of 7 nights). Lately she has been waking at least once during the night (almost bad dream waking). Some nights her bad dream waking is at 3:30AM, other nights it's at 5:30 AM. Either way, she usually goes back to sleep until at least 8AM, sometimes we have to wake her to get dressed etc for daycare (but that is rare).

At daycare she generally takes a 1 hour nap (although Friday & today, they said 2 hours ).

She'll be 2.5 next month, be she goes to bed at 8pm and usually wakes up at 7/7:30. Sometimes a little earlier, sometimes I luck out and she sleeps later.

She takes 1 nap a day - usually at least 2 hours, a lot of times 3 hours and occasionally 4 hours! When that happens she still goes to bed at 8pm with no problems.

funny you wrote this...DS just went through a change where he is waking up muchearlier than he used to. He always goes to sleep anywhere between 8 and 9 and used to wake up anytime from 7:30-8:30...now it's more like 6:30-7:30. IT happened a little bit after we switched him to the toddler bed.

SInce last summer she sleeps from 7:30-6:45ish but no more nap

goes to sleep between 8:00 and 8:30 and wakes up around 7:00 a.m. He usually naps 2 hours a day during the week and 2-3 hours a day on weekends.

When DD was 2.5, she would be in bed at 9 p.m. and get up after 8 a.m., sometimes even going 12 hours and getting up after 9.

However, she started school in September and adjusted to an earlier bedtime. She is now almost 4 and is in bed between 7:30-8 and is up at 7 am - like clockwork!

on weeknights: 7pm-then is awoken at 7:30am
on weekend 7-7:30pm-8am
i consider this to be pretty great and hope it stays this way!

eta she still naps especially at home for minimum for 2 hrs at daycare not as much! maybe an hour
