Real Estate Licensing tests
Not gonna lie...the course material is a lot more in depth than I expected. I consider myself to be quite smart but I am a little worried about the written tests 
So prepare me, are they really hard?

it's pass fail
take the practice test in the book- at least 30 questions from there are on the state test
