Re: Fashion style...

I have a very laid back casual style...long tunics, leggings, jeans, cardigans, button down shirts, scarves, flats, classic knee high boots...preppy and casual but with a modern twist.

I live in Ann Taylor, GAP, J Crew and BR.

This is a typical outfit for me:

Re: Fashion style...

My work attire is a leotard, nude tights, and sweatpants. Not fashionable! LOL

So I love to dress up! I love wearing dresses when I can and I am usually always in high heels. I also love wide brim hats and oversized sunglasses.

Re: Fashion style...

I'm very laid back. I like classic pieces with a few trend items thrown in. I live in jeans. I am a student so casual is easy for me. I wear scrubs a few days a week also. I love shopping in the loft, Macy's, TJ Maxx & gap.

Re: Fashion style...

I wear alot of dresses

skinny jeans - with boots or pumps

for work I tend to dress more conserative- pencil skirts and dresses

for going out I like to show off the "girls" - since they are still "new"

I wear alot of sky tops out

I like a mix of expensive and inexpensive- bloomies and forever 21

I have a good eye- I went to FIT- most people think every I wear is super expensive when in reality it is from forever 21

Re: Fashion style...

I don't know that I have an actual "style". I have a lot of clothes from Banana Republic, Ann Taylor/AT Loft and the Gap.

I love wearing great jeans (still looking for that perfect pair - feel free to recommend - I have no arse so that's my problem with fit), sweaters, tight tees, low cut tees, wife beaters...dresses - I LOVE dresses and fishnets.

I like dressing casual and dressy and anything in between.

Re: Fashion style...

Old-school Courtney Love kinderwh0re style with a touch of rockabilly/pin-up.

Unless I'm just feeling lazy, then I just go with jeans and tees.

I really LOVE Gaps new 1969 jeans. And other people I have talked to say they fit well too.

During the week I wear dress pants and casual shirts/sweaters with flats for work.
Weekends during the summer was a lot of dresses with flip flops/sandals. Now it's jeans or leggings with shirt/sweater.
I have TONS of heels but very rarely wear them. Just when DH and I go out to a nice dinner or something.
I shop mostly at The Gap/Banana/Old Navy, H&M and NY&Co (work clothes).

I do the same thing and will get the same reaction but I didn't go to FIT. Chat Icon

I tend to wear a lot of dresses, I'm a fan of 4"+ heels and am newly addicted to skinny jeans and cashmere anything.

Problem is when it's colder I gravitate toward black and gray - blah. It's hard to break myself of that habit!

Re: Fashion style...

My clothes for work are absolutely functional. I just don't have the brain power in the morning to make myself all cute. Chat Icon Chat Icon

But when I go out, it's the complete opposite. I love dresses, I'm on a kick now where I've bought like 10 dresses in the past 2 months and I'm wearing them like crazyyyyyyyy! Please stop me!

Re: Fashion style...

My style has definitely evolved—for work you will rarely see me in pants. Dresses, pencil skirts, a-line skirts, all of the above. Cardigans, tucked in tops, combo of both, slap on some combo of a belt, fun tights/stockings in the winter, a statement necklace, and high heels (patents, peeps, and fun welcome!) and you have my work style. Weekend style is more casual although I still love dresses, especially in the Summer. Skinny jeans and boots are now in the repertoire too. Overall, love dressing up and getting compliments on my style, but I only shop sales. Love Anthropologie, have a lot of stuff from BR, peppered with J Crew, Gap, AE (for casual although they have lots of cute necklaces), Macys/L&T.

Re: Fashion style...

I really don't think I have a style.
I'm kinda boring with my clothes.
For work, black pants or a skirt, a sweater... nothing special.
At night & weekend, jeans or sweats.
I wish I had some style but I'm too lazy!
