I had the PUmp in style, it did it's job for me very well when I used it.

I thought the only difference was that the advanced has a backpack and the original does not.
I could be wrong... DH actually did all the research for me and said he wasn't paying an extra $50 for a backpack.
But anyway, yea, I was happy with the PIS original.

But anyway, yea, I was happy with the PIS original.
The PIS advanced is more than a back pack. It has two different pumping styles that mimic actual suckling to increase *let down*. I have the Advanced and am very pleased with it.

There are actually 2 styles for the advanced. The "tote" style at $319.99 and the "backpack" style at $349.99. They are both the "advanced". They also have a "limited edition" version right now in beige/cream and brown.
