my nook won't turn on? with update
So I haven't used it in a little while, and I went to turn my nook on last night, and it wouldn't!
Um, it's 3 months old.
Does anyone know how to fix this? Can I just take it back to b&n?
update:
apparently there was a problem with the battery, so they just swapped it out and gave me a new one in the store

You can definitely take it back to B and N. I did and they sent me a new one.
This might be a dumb question but...is it charged?

It is  I also tried to take the battery out-no luck

Maybe try leaving it plugged in for a while before trying to turn it on, in case the battery is drained and needs more charge than just being plugged into the wall.

Boo-how long did it take to get your new one?
My new one came in about three days. Then I just had to mail the old one back (they gave me the shipping label and I just put it in the same box they gave me.
No issues thus far with the new one!

I got mine last Jan and it has been acting up for a while...I think I better bring it back ASAP as I assume it has only a 1 yr warranty...ugh
