how long did you wait...
to BD after your miscarriage? DH and I did this weekend and didnt use any protection... i know...stupid!

I was told after my D&E that I could BD after 2 weeks. (I went for a follow-up and was cleared then)
We were told to use protection for 8wks post D&E (which was actually pretty ironic considering I used fertility treatments to get me pregnant in the first place  but it wouldn't be worth the risk)

I had the D&C in July and was told to wait 4 weeks. It was a very long 4 weeks!

We waited 10 days.... the dr told us to wait a full 2 weeks.

After the D&C or if you completely miscarried on your own you should wait for the first Aunt Flo & then safe to try again.

1 full cycle
I had intense pain and cramping after my DNC. I even had contraction like cramping that I timed. Very intense. We didn't  until we started trying again... and I was still all dried up.... it just wasn't fun for a little while...
