NSAID allergy
Does anyone else have an allergy to NSAIDs?
I have been getting horrific allergy attacks - to the point where we have called an ambulance 3 times in the past few months because i couldn't breathe. After ruling out a bunch of things and consulting with a few doctors and an amazing allergist, it's been determined that I am allergic to NSAIDs. Unfortunately, there is no conclusive blood or skin test to determine this, it's diagnosed based on symptoms and occurrances alone.
If you are allergic, what do you take for pain relief? I get horrible AF cramps and Tylenol does jack squat for me. It's like popping TicTacs.

Re: NSAID allergy
I am... it's really difficult.
All I can take is Tylenol. I take many (4-6) of the extra strength kind if necessary.
I am worried with all the tylenol recalls they are going to pull all and I'll be screwed. (Went to Target this weekend and went to pickup Tylenol Sinus Severe and they pulled all their Tylenol products...)
They do have aspirin desensitization programs, but I decided it wasnt worth it for me. I'll just deal with it.
