DOE teachers re: pink eye
Home w/pink eye. My mom (a retired DOE teacher) told me to get a doctors note stating it was pink eye and I wont be docked the day bc I could have gotten pink eye from a student
Is this true? TIA

Hm. I seem to recall that is IS considered a childhood disease, according to the DOE (though I may be wrong), and we do get line of duty time for that.

Re: DOE teachers re: pink eye
Im not DOE, but in that past we were not excused for Pink Eey bc adminstration considered that, as adults, we could refrain from touching our eyes and getting it, or spreading it.
