while i have a full-time job and am happy, even I considered doing it! I love retail and always have....and i always LOVED working retail during the holiday season!
some people hate it, but I loved it...its like you're apart of the holiday magic making for others.
.......but now I am all sorts of pregnant, so no retail for me this year...but I hope you have fun!

I have tried everywhere and no one called me back. I guess because I can't get into work until 5:30-6PM unless its weekends.

yeah, that can pose an issue. 
unless they have a 6pm to closing shift, or unless you want to do overnights at a big store, like Kohls, for example.

DH applied to both Home Depot and Stop & Shop. They both called back within a week or two, but unfortunately the same thing with needing him for daytime, or starting between 4&5PM.
