Grilled chicken and brown rice
Whole wheat pasta
Whole wheat homemade pizza (I put peppers, onions, and FF cheese on top!)

We eat healthy every night. Some of our go tos are:
Stuffed Peppers with qunioa
Stirfry with chicken, broccoli and brown rice or quinoa
Lean beef or ground turkey tacos with corn tortillas and fresh pico de gallo
Grilled chicken with brussels sprouts and brown rice or quinoa
Whoel wheat pasta with Homemade sauce with turkey meatballs and turkey tacos
Weight Watchers lasagna recipe
Mexican "lasagna"
Let me know if you want any of these recipes.
