What's best for faster results?
faster results in terms of getting your "heart" in shape (ie: cardio)
ETS: I'm trying to build up my stamina right now, as well as not get so winded!

Treadmill or elliptical. I would think it depends on the person. Running always works me harder now. But when I was slower I found the elliptical gave me more of a workout.

I believe the treadmill is best. I noticed the most significant results from using the treadmill.
