OK I'm back
I'm not dead
But I felt like dying!
Does it take some people a few weeks to get a "week" done? If you KWIM?
I could do the first half of the walk/run intervals, by the second half though, I was just walking. My calves were SUPER tight and my back was killing me...it might take me a bit of time to get back into moving, I've been super lazy and need to lose weight, so maybe it'll take me longer?
I don't know, I guess I'm proud of myself for doing something...its better than nothing right?

You did great! Yes, you can definitely repeat weeks until you're comfortable moving on to the next.

GIve yourself a chance you just started. When I first started the program I thought I would never be able to do it and since then I have run 3 1/2 marathons and am continuing to run long distances. Trust me you will do amazing! I applaud you for going out today it is freezing out there!
