Phone screens
I've been doing some of these for some admin roles we are recruiting for. I'm shocked at how many people give their mobile numbers for me to call.
These phones are never as good as landlines and I find them really annoying.
Is this now the way it will be? I realize that many folks have given up their landlines and only use cell phones but for a phone interview?

I only have a cell so when I was job hunting thats what I used. If I had a phone interview I tried to be in a spot where I had good service.

I had a person phone interview with me in a cell phone with planes flying overhead constantly.
Obviously she lived near the airport. That was even more annoying.
