Re: What do you feel when going under anesthesia?
just had it for the first time in oct. i was also petrified. but it was fine. they asked me my name and date of birth, put the iv in, put the mask over my face, I remember the doctor talking to me, saying "you wont remember this conversation" but i did remember. Then I just went to sleep. I also didnt want to get up in recovery.

I've had it a few times, last month is the most recent time. It tasted a little coppery in my mouth and my ears started ringing. I was out pretty quickly.

All the times I've been under, it feels like I'm going into a very deep sleep very quickly. No ringing, no weird sensations, just a very quick fall into a very deep sleep. It's pretty cool, actually.
Ditto
same here. The one time I was put under, I was told to count backwards from 10. I don't remember making it past 9

Nothing...just one minute I'm in the operating room and they're telling me I'm going to start to feel relaxed...and the next I'm in recovery.
