Question about shopping

When you go to the store how do you manage? Do you feel like its always better to shop alone? have someone with you? Or just use the double stroller and deal with it?

I always wanna go out by myself but sometimes I just feel its so hard that it stresses me out. I usually ask my DH or mom to come with me.

Re: Question about shopping

I just put them in their stroller and go. Once you do it a few times by yourself you will be fine!!!!

I have a 3 1/2 yr old too and he walks next to me. The first few times we went out it was hard, now we go out almost every day.

Re: Question about shopping

It is good to get out of the house with them. Time flies when you aren't stuck in the house. Just prepare yourself for all the stares and the questions. Are they twins? ha Or how far apart are they?

Re: Question about shopping

I just go. I don't have any help except for DH, but he's not home all the time, so if i have to go somewhere i just grab them and go! the boys walk next to the stroller with me and the girls just sit along for the ride. the only hard part is getting everyone out of the car!!!! but usually DH is home at that point to help me! You'll be fine!!! The first time might be a little stressful but you'll get used to it!! Good luck hon!

Same! But my older dc is 2.5. He doesn't always walk nicely so sometimes I fantasize about buying a triple stroller. If I have to buy a lot of stuff or big things its easier to have someone come with me or leave the babies home.

Re: Question about shopping

Definitely the snap n go for the beginning you can probably get one on here or CL cheap or even free

make sure you get a stroller that is good for shopping. I have the Kolcrat tandem options which has a nice size accessible basket.

When they get a little bigger you can put the in two carts and pull one behind you.

Julz, what about getting one of those scooter attachments for the back of your stroller for when he doesn't want to walk?
