Paper Crafters... What do you use to cut large circles?

I bought the Martha Stewart circle cutter trusting that her products are usually great. But with bandaids on two fingers Chat Icon, uneven circles and reading reviews with same complaints as I'd give, I'll be returning it.

What is your favorite/best large circle cutter? For a decent volume of cutting to make a birthday banner, decorations and tags like these...

LOL - having fun with your new Expression I see!!! (I understand completely, I got one for Christmas as well).

To answer OP's question . . . . the CutterBee circle cutter works really well. If you hunt through AC Moore's clearance section (in Hauppauge) you will find a bunch marked down.

I have the Creative Memories circle cutting sytem. I think you can buy directly from their website or on ebay. I have also used plates placed face down with an exacto knife or box cutter if I didn't have the circle size I needed.
