If you run for half an hour and are doing WW..
..do you count that activity as 6 activity points??
I just went on the etools and it says a run that is a 12 minute mile or faster should be counted as 6 activity points.
I run at around a 6.6-7.0 pace, which the treadmill says is about an 8.30-9 minute mile (still don't think it feels accurate).
I have been counting it as 3, i think 6 points seems like too much..what do you count your run as ?

@2 activity points per 10 minutes at 5mph or the 12 minute mile.
I got that off the e-tools
So 6 points !
