Wendy's chili...
Is amazing! and the small is only 5 pointsplus! and its only $1.75.

I love their chilli
It went up a little bit in points but still a good option and very filling. I think a large is 9 pts now instead of 6

I dont eat fast food but I do like wendy's chili!!
I made the mistake of getting chili from applebees the other day...it was 11 points!

I dont eat fast food ever!...That is the FIRST time I have ever eaten wendys. I have had BK once in my life and really only ever eat Taco bell. McDonalds, its been probably around 5 years since i have had that.

I did a fitness competition when i was like 22, i ate wendy's grilled chicken sandwich (no bun) and a baked potato (i put salt pepper & mashed some skim milk in it with my fork) every day for lunch & dinner. There are some healthy choices at fast food places, you just need to be creative!

dh had this last night
he got me grilled chicken no sauce I didnt eat the bun so it was like 140 calories 2gm of fat
