Why is my weight fluctuating so much over the week?
I weigh myself the same time each day, but Monday I was 150, Tuesday 148.5, Friday 150, and today 148.5. What is going on?

the same thing happens to me, i think it's normal. i think body weight flucuates 1-2 lbs. it's annoying, i know.

Completely normal- my weight has fluctated up to 5lbs within a week! It could just have to do with how much you ate the night before...how much sodium you ate, etc.

I think it is normal. My weight can vary by 2.5 pounds throughout the week.

Mostly water weight and bloating - depending on what you eat, how much you drink, it's normal to fluctuate.
I usually don't 'count' it as my weight until its been there 3 days in a row. (when I am trying to lose)
