What if you scoop out the bagel?
How many points do you think that is?
ETA: One of WW writers says you can decrease it by 2-3 Points Plus.

I used to work at a bagel shop in high school and many customer would ask us to scoop out the middle to save on calories

*I* would probably count it as 6.
I consider bagels from a bagel shop to be "large", so that is 8 pts. WW says a "small" bagel is 4 pts. 6 pts would put you right in the middle of that.

THIS is the most accurate way to count it. Personally I think the inside of a bagel is the best part......I've NEVER scooped them out, lol.
