Sleep and Weight Loss
Ladies get your rest...I just finished reading an article where they found that lack of sleep decreased the proportion of weight lost as fat by 55%.

The longer you're up the more you eat And chances are if you're up at 2am, you're not eating a salad

The sad part about the study was it was not that the people were eating more!
