Gluten free Moms...
Another mom metioned that she was going gluten free in her post and I've seen other posters on here and I thought this would be a great place to post this here too....
I've run a gluten, egg, & dairy free house for about a year and thought what a great place to share some recipes and great products. I've spent the $$$ on all the gluten free stuff out there and have found that the stuff thats naturally gluten free is far better than some of the brand gluten free stuff. But here are some of my absolute favorites:
1. Cherrybrook Kitchen mixes: alot of these are soy, dairy, gluten, egg and nut free. I absolutely LOVE these b/c you don't have to alter the recipes and they taste great!
2. Trader Joes Onion Rings: Gluten, egg & dairy & soy free
3. Trader Joes Chicken & beef Tacos: gluten, egg & dairy free.
4. Daiya Shredded Cheese: best gluten free non dairy cheese on the market out there if you MUST have cheese...but it has yeast in it.
5.Aunt Gussies Chocolate Chip cookies: gluten, egg & dairy free ( can you tell I'm a sweet eater)
6. Sami's Bakery Bread Products: gluten, egg, dairy & soy free breads that are pretty good. But If you can have eggs Udi's is pretty darn close to the real thing..
7. Amy's rice crust pizzas & burritos: My Son loves these!
Anyone else doing this diet please share what you love...I'm always in search of new things and I'd love recommendations.

Re: Gluten free Moms...
I can't add too much because as of now we are really new to this However, our whole family loves the Maple Grove Farms Gluten Free Pancake/Waffle Mix. I add a little extra water and we make belgian waffles in the morning. These waffles are really tasty, however, they do require the use of an egg. I am sure egg substitute could be used. I had it delivered through Amazon, couldn't find it in any store.
Coconut Yogurt is now a staple in our home.
Glutino Pretzels
Pirate Booty
I am now on the look out for gluten free chicken nuggets that are similar to McD's lol and fish sticks.
