my teeth keep breaking
this is the 4th time in a few months that I have broken different teeth
Friday night I was eating an almond and my bottom tooth broke
then Sunday I was flossing and my top tooth broke off
why is this happening to me

I would go to the Dentist, but also you might want to get some bloodwork done. there are a few things that can cause teeth to chip & break.

Unfortunately I have dealt with this for the past few years and always go and get my teeth bonded--my dentist said at some point, the bonding won't hold anymore and I'll just need to get veneers. I'm avoiding it but know its inevitable.
