Problems with Silverfox photography?
Ive been married for almost 3 years and have yet to receive my album from silverfox! Every time we make any progress, the person who its working in it gets fired, quits, etc... And my album gets forgotten until I call to check on its status.
To date, 5 different people have been assigned to my album!
Has anyone else has problem with them? I'm really getting fed up with them!

I agree, that is terrible!!! Is there anything in your contract that states that they will get the finished album to you within a certain time frame? That is so terrible!

Unfortunately, no. there is no time statute in the contract. I am just so fed up with them!
