Would you WW ladies mind writing down what your meals are

for a few days? I need some more ideas.... I am starting to cheat because I feel like I'm eating the same crap everyday! TIA!!

Breakfast:
egg whites (1 pt) with peppers and onions (sometimes I switch it up and spinach and onion instead) with 2 slices of WW toast

Reg. Oatmeal (3 pts) with cut up strawberries

Lunch:
veggie burger (2 pts) on a whole wheat/low carb wrap (1 pt) with a sweet potato (4 pts) on the side

turkey dog (1 pt) on a slice of whole wheat bread (1 pt) with a knish (3 pts)

soup at hand (2 pts for chick. noodle) and a salad

1 Tablespoon Better'n PB (1 pt) with 1 tbsp sugar free jelly (1 pt) on whole wheat bread (2 pts)

3 slices ever roast chicken breast (2pts) on ww tortilla (1pt) with lettuce and other toppings

2oz grilled chicken strips (shortcuts from perdue) (2pts) with 1/4 c. black beans (1pt), 1/4c. FF cheddar on a whole wheat tortilla (1 pt)

Snacks (throughout the day): Trader Joe Blueberry Bran Muffin (2 pts)

WW string cheese (1pt)

Jello mousse (1pt)

Fruit: clementines, grapes, strawberries

1/2 c. of greek yogurt (2 pts) with cut up strawberries or blueberries

1 tsbp Better'n PB on 1 slice WW bread (2pts)

1 cup dry cherrios (3 pts)

Special K bar (2 pts)

cup of hot chocolte (2 pts from keuring)


Dinner:
Jack Daniel's Pulled Chicken (3 pts for 4oz) on a sandwich thin (2-3pts based on brand)

Turkey burgers (4 pts) or TJ chicken burgers (3 pts) with a sweet potato

Whole wheat pasta (1 cup=6 pts) with grilled chicken and marinara sauce

Baked ziti with whole wheat pasta an RF/LF cheese (1 cup=7 pts and very filling)

Hungry Girl's Jambalaya (1.5 cups=6 pts)

Chicken fajitas (use with ww tortillas and its pretty low in points based on how much chicken you put on!)

marinated grilled chicken, brown rice and veggies

shrimp stir fry (VERY VERY low points!)

Sure, I love these threads for more ideas.

Breakfast I always eat the same thing:
Weight Watchers Bagel with Weight Watchers cream cheese. A cup of coffee with skim milk.

Lunch:
Martins Potato Roll with three slices of turkey, one slice of WW swiss cheese, tomato and a little bit of light mayo.

Can of tuna (3oz) made with light mayo on a Martins Potato Roll with a slice of WW American Cheese Singles melted in the oven.

Both sandwiches are finished off with a pickle Chat Icon

Somedays I will have a WW meal (like pizza or something like that)

For dinner I will have:
Grilled chicken marinated
Pork Chops marinated
Steak marinated
Asparagus is a great veggie on the side.
I will have a california roll sometimes.
Last night I got Battered Shrimp from Trader Joes (5 points for 6 shrimp) and served it with brown rice (2.5 pts) and a side of sweet and sour sauce to dunk it in. It was fabulous and very filling.

I love the steamed veggies bags. I had a great one the other night. It was carrots, califlower and broccoli in a cheese sauce. It was delish and a point for a serving (i think)

You can always do egg beaters for any meal with a little bit of WW shredded cheese.

I love turkey meat. I do one of two things with turkey meat:

Take a pound of turkey meat. Mix in a package of Ranch Dressing mix and a cup of WW shredded cheese. I make mini sliders. Bake them in the oven. If I have decent points left for the day I will throw them on a potato roll, if not I eat in like a meatball. They are DELISH!

I also make turkey meat tacos all the time. I get the low point tortilas. Cook the turkey meat with a little bit of the mexican seasoning. Put the meat on the tortilla and then some WW shredded cheese on top of them. Melt in the oven and serve with a little bit of LF Sourcream. It's delish.

Shrimp and whole wheat pasta (I like the noodles with this dish) Put a little bit of lemon juice, some garlic, and I can't believe it's not butter with a sprinking of parmesan cheese.

I'll add mine:

Breakfast-

Chobani yogurt with fresh blueberries or strawberries and 1/4 cup crushed bran flakes.... sooooo filling!

WW bagel with 1tbs Better N PB and 1 tbs low sugar jelly

Eggwhites WW shredded cheese on low point tortilla with some hot sauce

Lunch: (usually my down fall because I forget to prepare).

Rolled up turkey and WW american cheese dipped in mustard.

Turkey or Oven Roast on WW rye bread with spreaded blue cheese laughing cow and tomato with mustard.

Better N PB on WW bagel with banana

Chopped salad with 1/4 cup feta and FF dressing.

Dinner-

WHole wheat pasta with ground turkey sausage and brocolli rabe with olive oil and garlic.

Trader Joes Sweet and Sour chicken over brown rice with some veggies on the side.

Slow Cooked Pork Tenderloin cooked with natural apple sauce and cinnamon served with brown rice and broccoli.

Turkey Burgers or 95% Beef burgers on light whole wheat bun with Orida String Fries and salad.

Dessert:
WW Dark Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Icecream Bar

3 pt Rice Crispie Treat

Fresh Fruit Salad

Watermelon

94% FF Popcorn

WW Cookie Dough Sundae

SOme type of 2pt bar
