Pilates
does anyone know of a good pilates place in nassau county? I had been going to one that i loved, but it was expensive and i can't swing it anymore. I looked into a few places but they mainly had yoga and not very many pilates classes. Thanks!

I've never been there, but drive past it every day on my way to work.......on Sunrise in Rockville Centre on the corner of one of the main streets. It would be on the right hand side if you are driving west towards Lynbrook.
