Menu thread 3-13
Tonight-?
Mon.- Marinated london broil, sauteed baby spinach, potato gnocchi
Tues.- Pasta shells with chickpeas, locatelli cheese and brocolli rabe with beet & onion salad
Wed.- Homemade chicken soup with tubettini, and carrots.
Thurs.- Corned beef and cabbage with boiled buttered potatoes
Fri- take out

Sun: Buffalo Chicken Salad
Mon: Spaghetti and Meatballs
Tues: Chicken Gyros with Grilled Veggies, Tzatziki and Lemon Potatoes
Wed: Sloppy Joes on Buns
Thurs: Guinness Onion Soup, Guinness Burgers and Guinness Cupcakes!!!
Fri: Leftovers, maybe.
Sat: Pizza

I bought DH a lot of the Trader Joes premade food since I have to work late this week.
Sunday-blackened chicken alfredo
Monday- chicken and paneer tika masala and naan bread
Tuesday- chicken pot pie
Wednesday- chicken w/ peppers and sweet potato fries and corn
Thursday- blackened chicken alfredo
Friday- turkey meatballs with ravioli
Saturday-- chicken stuffed with cranberry apple stuffing and sweet potato fries

I've totally slacked the past couple of weeks and it's shown on the scale and the pocket book
Here's the plan for this week
Sun: Out
Mon-Keftas, cous cous, roasted broccoli/cauliflower, tatziki
Tues-Spicy chick peas and ground beef
Wed- spicy sausage, lentil and tomato soup in the crock pot early AM to bring to work that night
Thurs-chicken sausage kebabs with salad
Fri- DD has a party so pizza there
Sat-PW's chicken spaghetti
I'm also going to make two fritattas today to have to heat up easily for breakfasts.

Sunday - pizza, salad
Monday - everything on the grill - spice rubbed pork tenderloin, asparagus, whole wheat garlic bread
Tuesday - meat lasagna, salad
Wednesday - working late, leftovers
Thursday - roast whole chicken, potatoes, veggies
Friday - grilled tuna steaks (still looking for an interesting marinade recipe), brown rice & broccoli w/ toasted sesame seeds
Saturday - whole wheat chicken quesadillas with the leftover chicken from Thursday, black beans, spicy guacamole

Sunday: Taco Salads (turkey meat)
Monday: Sausage and Peppers on hero rolls and sauteed zucchini and mushrooms on side
Tuesday: Shrimp Pad Thai
Wednesday: Turkey Casserole
Thursday: Leftovers - possibly out to dinner
Friday: Leftovers if not on Thurs or pork chops with salad and broccoli
Saturday: possibly making corned beef, cabbage, and potatoes

Sunday- Take out Greek Food
Monday- Pork chops w/ corn flake crumbs and duck sauce, rice pilaf, salad.
Tuesday- Meat sauce over mini wagon wheels, garlic bread.
Wednesday- DH has open school night- so take out Chinese food for me.
Thursday-Honey mustard chicken, steamed broccolli.
Friday- ? not sure yet.
Saturday- Going to a St . Patricks day (belated) gathering at a friends house- corned beef and cabbage, etc.

Tonight - The boys are at my MIL's. I had a salad!
Monday: Turkey Chili with cornbread and rice.
Tuesday: Spaghetti with turkey sausage, garlic bread sticks, salad
Wednesday: Sloppy Joe on toasted rolls with sweet potato fries, green been salad.
Thursday: Corned Beef, Cabbage, boiled red potatoes
Friday: Asian Style Salmon, Brown Rice, Garlicy Edamame
Saturday: Two bday parties.. pizza and corned beef.

What are Guiness burgers all about?? Can you post the recipe? Thanks!! I am making the spinach lasagna rolls I saw on here last week...they were so good last week, I'm making them again tonight!

Monday: Steak with mushroom cream sauce and a veg
Tuesday: Baked whole trout or sea bass with lemon and garlic and a veg
Wednesday: Tandoori chicken with a butter sauce and rice
Thursday: Crispy yoghurt chicken with a veg
Friday: Mussels in white wine and garlic and a baguette or Clams with linguine.
Saturday: Probably out.

Sun: at family's house...chicken marsala, israeli coucous, salad
Mon: cavatappi with pork ragu, sauteed zucchini
Tues: lentil soup, ciabatta
Wed: penne with sausage and broccoli rabe
thurs: corned beef and cabbage, potatoes
Fri: roasted salmon, mashed roasted sweet potatoes, asparagus
