Girls cooking tonight for yor Hubby.. whats on the menu?
here's mine...
appetizer: fried fresh mozzarella w/ marinara sauce
DH dinner- 2 lobster tials, stuffed shrimp, baked clams, & crab stuffed mushrooms, side of broccoli rabe & heart shaped potato croquettes (i didnt make these- bought from ivaronne)
me dinner- filet mignon with a butter merlot suace & potato croquettes
rolls & butter
dessert-
Dh- 1 plain large cannoli, 1 chocolate large cannoli
me- caramel mousse pastry with a side of dulce del leche ice cream!!
i can't wait..... it will be our last V-day with a baby!!

DH requested grilled chicken and shell pasta salad with Balsamic, Olive Oil, fresh mozz, and basil.
Garlic Bread
Garden Salad
I also made cupcakes for all 4 of us!
(Well, I used the leftover batter from the cupcakes I am making for my son's bday in school tomorrow  )

appetizer- sliced beefsteak tomatoes with bluecheese dressing and blue cheese crumbles with fresh cracked pepper
entree- pan seared filet mignin with a balsamic reduction sauce
cream spinach
baked potato with sour cream and chives
steamed broccoli
dessert- molten chocolate cakes with vanilla bean ice cream

We're having:
Arugala with roasted tomatoes and goat cheese with a Maple Balsamic Dressing (Cooking Light Recipe)
Porkchops stuffed with cheese and sausage
Maple Blasamic Carrots (CL Recipe)
Originally, I bought strawberries and cool whip for dessert but we came home to homemade brownies from my parents for v-day!
Can't wait until it is finished cooking!

we just finished our dinner... we made penne and proscutto with vodka cream sauce, and some garlic bread.
for dessert, we're using our ice cream maker attachement for our kitchen aid mixer, and making some vanilla ice cream with fresh strawberries on top

We switched our plans: originally DH was going to get food from the local Italian deli on his was home from work, instead we took tomorrow's dinner and made that instead.
DH cooked us steaks with baked potatoes and corn.
I'm responsible for dessert which will be chocolate fondue with strawberries, bananas, marshmallows, and pizelles.

Green beans with baslamic, olive oil, sea salt and garlic
Dessert: Mint Chocolate Lava Cake
We had a fantastic bottle of Russian champagne as well.
It was soooooooooooo yummy!!!!
