Results from doing WW and Insanity?
Do you think I would get great results from doing both WW and Insanity at the same time?
I don't have Insanity yet, still working on that, lol. Do you think it's ok to buy copies of it from craigslist or is that a bad idea? I can't afford to buy it new. Thanks!

You would definitely see results!! If you follow both programs---I anticipate complete success.
I think it's okay to buy copies; I would just be concerned that they work.

I would follow the nutrition program that Sean T outlines while using Insanity rather than WW. Not that I have anything against weight watchers and I am sure you would see results from doing WW too but I just think why not do the entire program if possible!

I probably couldn't follow their weight loss plan because I'm a VERY picky eater and I wouldn't be able to eat what they want you to eat. At least with WW I can eat what I want. I HATE being so picky! It makes cooking, etc. really hard and annoying.

I'm also concerned if they work or not? Someone on craigslist now has the program for $60.00 brand new in the box sealed. Is that a good deal? I'm just so nervous about spending that much money without trying it first? I'd rather get copies and spend a lot less.

They have a short video preview so you can see if it's something you think you would like. The short video is pretty much what all the workouts are like.

Honestly, with any work out, how much you put in is what you will get out of it. You can go to the gym every day but if you barely break a sweat and aren't sore you are not going to see results.
Maybe check the library and see if they have it there.

I'm sure the insanity program works or it wouldn't be as popular as it is. The issue for me is..have you SEEN the program? theres a pretty good bunch of youtube videos on it and also on their own website. It is INTENSE. And HARD. I know I'm not physically in enough shape to even do 1/2 of those routines, so for me, it would be a waste of $$ as Is imply am not capable of doing it.
But once I DO get in shape, I plan to try insanity!

It absolutely works. I started to see results after 3 days on Insanity.
I have to say though, I agree with Donna. You need to be in somewhat good physical shape when you start this. I have been doing Zumba for a year (and a hard Zumba class) and that prepared me for this - but there are times in the workout I just drop to the floor. It's very very hard - but you will see results.
