My agency is hiring

a staffing coordinator. Position is in Lynbrook. They would like someone with some home care/health care/customer service or sales experience. Basically, you are coordinating home care cases and scheduling aides and making sure all runs as smoothly as possible with the case.

The pay is low ($12.50 an hour) but it's good experience and a stepping stone for a new grad IMO. There's no field work or anything like that either. I believe they also pay extra to be on-call.

You need to have really good customer service skills and a TON of patience in dealing with people and lots of crazy in general.

Health care benefits are available as well but I'm not sure how much is covered by the agency.

Bumping back up as they are still looking. They also prefer someone who can start like yesterday, who can handle a fast-paced environment without a ton of oversight.

We are also looking for nurses............per diem and a supervisor. I believe you need a few years of home care experience for the RN positions.
